Definir a Sazón Sula, es definir una propuesta gastronómica que busca destacar lo mejor de la cocina hondureña e internacional explotando todas las bondades y la versatilidad que los productos Sula pueden ofrecer.

Desde que inicie a contribuir en el proyecto entendí que nuestro principal objetivo es brindar un gran atractivo visual con un alto valor de producción y cuidado a cada receta sin importar su sencillez o complejidad. La cocina hondureña es increíblemente rica en sabores, texturas, colores y olores pero tradicionalmente muy pobre en documentación visual.

Desde noviembre de 2015 he tenido la posibilidad de colaborar en 11 ediciones y en más de 300 recetas. Esta aventura gastronómica no podría haberla vivido y disfrutado sin la experiencia de cada miembro del equipo que conforma cada edición y que persigue el mismo objetivo. Esperamos que el contenido que nutre nuestra revista ayude en la divulgación de la cultura gastronómica hondureña y provoque placer a quien se sienta contagiado por nuestro sazón.

To define Sazón Sula, is to define a gastronomic proposal that seeks to highlight the best of Honduran and international cuisine exploiting all the benefits and versatility that Sula products can offer.

Since I started contributing to the project, I understood that our main objective is to provide great visual appeal with a high production value and care for each recipe regardless of its simplicity or complexity.

Honduran cuisine is incredibly rich in flavors, textures, colors and smells but traditionally very poor in visual documentation. Since November 2015 I have had the opportunity to collaborate in 11 editions and in more than 300 recipes. This gastronomic adventure could not have lived and enjoyed without the experience of each member of the team that makes up each edition and that pursues the same goal. We hope that the content that nourishes our magazine will help in the dissemination of the Honduran culinary culture and will provoke pleasure to those who feel infected by our sazón.

Cada receta presente en Sazón Sula posee un titulo personalizado que busca darle un atractivo tipográfico único y que a su vez funcione si la receta se utiliza en otro medio o de forma independiente.

Each recipe present in Sazón Sula has a personalized title that seeks to give it a unique typographic appeal that in turn works if the recipe is used in another medium or independently.

Trabajar junto a grandes fotógrafos representa tener a mi disposición lo mejor de su trabajo, mi labor en cada foto inicia con una edición general de color, pasando por una minuciosa corrección de detalles hasta completar un trabajo de post producción que asegure que cada receta lucirá y destacará en el medio que sea utilizada.

Working with great photographers means having the best of their work at my disposal, my work in each photo starts with a general color edition, going through a meticulous correction of details until completing a post production work that ensures that each recipe will look and will stand out in the middle that is used.
